Delivery
Your order will be processed upon receipt during regular working hours. Providing all items are in stock delivery to Mainland UK will usually be between 3-5 working days. However, you should allow 28 days for delivery. If you do not receive an order which has been dispatched to you, contact us via email or by telephone.
Any order can be cancelled by contacting our customer service department either by telephone or by email.
In the unlikely event that an item is out of stock, you will be notified as soon as possible. If there is a further delay you will be notified by mail or email.
Some items are not suitable for overseas delivery. We will notify you of this as soon as possible.
Delivery to mainland UK is £3.95 per order. Delivery to Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland, Scottish Isles, Scottish Highlands and offshore Islands is £9.99 regardless of order value.
Overseas:
We currently only sell in the European Union. If you would like to buy an item from the site and live outside this area, please get in touch.
Once you have chosen the item(s) you wish to purchase, contact us for a shipping quote.
To be able to purchase from outside the UK, you need to be able to supply a land line number that we can call you on.
