Can you offer next day delivery?
For a lot of orders we can deliver next day, but due to the volume of orders we receive it is more realistic to allow between 3-5 working days for delivery. Some larger items, especially furniture, are sent straight from the supplier to reduce storage costs and keep our prices down. These items generally take 3 days to deliver.
If you need an item from our site quickly, let us know and we will do our best to get it to you on time. If it’s not possible to get the item to you when you need it, we will tell you. See our delivery info page for more details.
Do you hold all items in stock?
Most items on our site are held in stock. Some larger items are sent straight from the supplier and some very slow selling items are ordered only when needed. If your item will take any longer than 3-5 working days to deliver, we will let you know.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, up until it is dispatched. Once the item is dispatched, you will need to return it to us. If the item is faulty or not as described, we will refund the cost of postage back to ourselves.
Do you have a price match policy?
We don’t. We monitor competitor prices constantly to make sure we are competitive.
Are my details secure:
Yes we use PayPal- please visit their website for more information on security.
Do you have alternative ways of paying?
Yes. If you are not happy entering your credit card details online, give us a call and we can process your order over the phone. Alternatively you can print off your order at checkout and send it in with a cheque. Please note cheques must clear before items can be dispatched.
Do you ship abroad?
Yes, but only to the European Union just now. Some items are not suitable for use abroad, e.g. electrical items that use UK 240v. Get in touch if you have any questions.
