Returns

Exchange orders will be processed upon receipt and your replacement items will be delivered in accordance to our delivery terms. 

Items returned for refund will be credited back in the manner that you paid for them and are processed as soon as possible, generally within 10 days of receipt.

With items that have arrived in an unsatisfactory condition or damaged during transit, please notify us of the problem immediately and we will either send you a replacement or provide you with a full refund including your initial delivery cost (where applicable). Contact us and we will let you know where the return should be made to. In some circumstances, items can be returned directly to the manufacturer. If an item is returned to the manufacturer rather than ourselves, we will still take full responsibility for resolving any issues.

If you have simply changed your mind or ordered an incorrect size then we will refund the cost of the goods, but P + P (where applicable) is excluded from the refund. If you return a product without requesting a replacement, then a refund of the cost of the product will be made back to your account minus any postage costs incurred by us.

We cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen parcels and strongly recommend that you obtain suitable proof of posting when returning goods. You may cancel your order at any time before goods are shipped. These terms & conditions are in addition to your statutory rights as a consumer, which remain unaffected.
