Moses & Millie Ltd is dedicated to customer satisfaction. When you place an order here at Moses & Millie, do so in the confidence that the following terms and conditions apply:

PAYMENT

You may pay for your order using the following cards:

All transactions are in £ Sterling. The security measures put in place to ensure your card number is encrypted, mean that you can buy with total confidence that our purchase is risk-free. Please refer to the Site Security section for more information. However, you can also place an order over the phone. We do accept payment by cheque but goods will not be dispatched until payment has cleared.

VAT AND IMPORT TAXES

All prices are inclusive of British sales tax (VAT) at the current rate. If you are ordering from outside the European Economic Community, the sales tax will be deducted from the total price you will pay at checkout. You may be charged a tax or duty at the port of entry to your country and this sum is your responsibility to pay. We are not able to advise you of what these charges might be since they vary from country to country.

If you are purchasing from within the EEC, you must pay the British sales tax as included in the purchase prices listed (currently at 17.5%).

DELIVERY

Your order will be processed upon receipt during regular working hours. Providing all items are in stock delivery to Mainland UK will usually be between 3-5 working days. However, you should allow 28 days for delivery. If you do not receive an order which has been dispatched to you, contact us via email or by telephone.

OUR PROMISE TO YOU

We source products that are of a high quality and are made with great care. However if you wish to return an item for refund or exchange please send it back in its original packaging and in saleable condition within 10 days of receipt. Please note that P&P and returns postage are direct costs and cannot be refunded. Please get a proof of postage or send the item recorded; we regret that we cannot be responsible for any returns that get lost in the post. Full returns details are found on the back of the despatch note included in your parcel.

REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES

Exchange orders will be processed upon receipt and your replacement items will be delivered in accordance to our delivery terms.

Items returned for refund will be credited back in the manner that you paid for them and are processed as soon as possible, generally within 10 days of receipt.

With items that have arrived in an unsatisfactory condition or damaged during transit, please notify us of the problem immediately and we will either send you a replacement or provide you with a full refund including your initial Moses & Millie delivery cost. Refunds will not be issued until goods are received back at our distribution centre at the address found at the bottom of the page.

If you have simply changed your mind or ordered an incorrect size then we will refund the cost of the goods, but P + P is excluded from refund. If a customer returns a product without requesting a replacement, then a refund of the cost of the product will be made back to the customers account minus any postage costs incurred by Moses & Millie.

We cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen parcels and strongly recommend that you obtain suitable proof of posting when returning goods. You may cancel your order at any time before goods are shipped. These terms & conditions are in addition to your statutory rights as a consumer which remain unaffected

MULTIBUY DISCOUNTS

Multibuy discounts cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.

PRODUCT REPRODUCTION

We have made every effort to ensure that colour reproduction of images and product text descriptions are as accurate as possible. However, slight variations may occur. Please note that photographs are for representational
purposes only and are not necessarily to scale.

CONSEQUENTIAL LOSS

Moses & Millie Ltd shall not be liable for any consequential loss whether this arises from breach of duty in contract or any other way. Liability for any claim shall not exceed the price of the goods supplied. This does not affect your statutory rights.

DATA PROTECTON

We do not pass on your email address to any other company at any time. We will only use your email address to inform you of Moses & Millie Ltd special offers. If you do not wish to receive these, then inform our customer service team either by email or telephone.
